Local Pick-Up
You can specify a pick-up time at our Bloor West location – 2352 Bloor St West, Toronto, Ontario. Products will be available for pick-up during the specified times in your order form. We require a minimum of 4 hours for all orders and 1 day for orders of 4 dozen or more.

Same-Day Local Delivery
Same-day local delivery service is available in the Greater Toronto Area. Orders are hand delivered between 9:00am to 5:00pm on the day specified. Should you require your delivery at a specific time, it will be necessary to call us to confirm that we can meet your timeline prior to placing the order. Call us at 416-763-2253, Monday through Friday, 9am – 3pm EST. Deliveries outside the Greater Toronto Area are sent via Fed-Ex.

Mail-Order
We ship products anywhere in Canada on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday for orders received before 1:00 p.m. (EST) to ensure freshness. Orders placed on holidays or outside of these days and cut-off times will be shipped the next shippable date unless a future date is specified.
Products are shipped via Fed Ex 2-day and priced by distance and weight. We only offer express service to ensure freshness, as our products do not contain any preservatives. Products shipped in the GTA, can generally expect to be delivered the next day, but not guaranteed.
DELIVERY & SHIPPING POLICY
Prices will vary based on distance and weight of the package.
WE WILL NOT GUARANTEE OR REFUND ANY PACKAGES DAMAGED OR DELAYED IN DELIVERY DUE TO THE RECIPIENT NOT BEING HOME OR CONDITIONS BEYOND OUR CONTROL. These factors may include, but are not limited to: weather, traffic delays, mechanical error, strikes, or inaccurate shipping information. Please make sure you double check your delivery information before checkout.
All gifts are sent with a personal greeting message that you will specify on the order form. For mail-order requests, we will provide a Fed Ex tracking number so that you can track the status of the package and/or contact Fed Ex directly for any problems with delivery.

Residential Addresses:
For all hand deliveries to a building without a doorman, a phone number for the recipient is required. We will call ahead to be sure someone will be home to accept the package unless otherwise noted by the customer.

Left at Door or with a Third Party (e.g. Neighbor or Doorman)
If a request is made to leave your gift or package at the door or with a third party, you accept all liability and risk for your order. These risk may include (but is not limited to), damage due to poor weather conditions, theft or consumption. No refund or credit is available for such occurrences.

P.O. Box
Delivery to a P.O. Box is not available.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS / CHANGES
To change or cancel and order, please call 416-763-2253. All orders must be canceled prior to being baked or picked up by our courier. No cancelations, refunds or credits will be granted after this time period.
PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
All our products are baked fresh to order, as a result, on occasion, products listed on the website may be out of stock or on back order due to supplier or other issues outside of our control. If you order one of these products we will notify you in advance of the ship date. At that time you will have the choice of canceling your order or ordering something different.
