Nut Free: We can offer assortments without nuts; however, due to the fact that we have nuts on-site, it is possible that any of the products may have come in contact with nuts or a nut substance. We do not recommend ordering any of our products if the allergy is severe.

Gluten Free: Select products are made with alternative flours; however, due to the fact that we have wheat on-site, it is possible that any of the products may contain traces of gluten. We do not recommend ordering these products for anyone that has Celiac’s Disease.

Vegetarian / Vegan: All of our products are vegetarian except those containing marshmallows which use gelatin. Products containing marshmallow are as follows: S'Mores Pizza Cookie, S'Mores Cupcake, S'Mores Cookie Dough, After Dark Cookie Dough, Midnight Affair Fully Loaded Cookies, and Stardust Fully Loaded Cookie.

We offer corporate branded cookies and custom cupcake toppers with provided artwork. A minimum order of 12 units is required. There is also a one-time $40+tax setup fee to test the logo or image (includes up to two images. Each additional image is $15).

Yes. Once you order, you’ll be asked to include a special message with your gift. We can also include promotional material such as business cards, brochures and custom cards.

We offer custom cards, ribbon and sticker services. Minimum quantities and lead times apply.

If you’re sending corporate gifts in Canada, our kitchen requires 7 to 10 business days depending on the quantity of gifts being sent out. If you are in need of a rush order, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate. A premium service charge will apply.

We ship Canada wide and to the United States with FedEx Ground and Express services. Orders to the States cannot be placed online, so please call 416-763-2253 and we’re happy to help.

Transit time is based on the destination location and shipping method selected. A general guideline based on FedEx Ground transit times is below. Contact us if you need expedited shipping or Same Day service (available for the Greater Toronto area only).

If you require a SPECIFIC TIME or a delivery outside of our typical time windows, please contact us for more information. Additional fees will apply. Live tracking is not available for local deliveries. FedEx tracking numbers will be provided once the order has shipped.

When shipping with FedEx, we are not able to guarantee arrival dates or times, but we do our best to ship accordingly so that it arrives on the date you’ve selected. If you’re planning for a special occasion or event, we recommend choosing an arrival date 1-2 days early so you don’t have to worry! We do not ship on weekends.
