Great service, great product ( cupcakes )! Sent as a gift, they loved them. Prompt delivery, great follow up to ensure product was received, as they had to leave at door, because no one answered at the time of delivery. I'm based in the US and was looking for a treat to send my Canadian counterparts. I had previously used a US-based company and nothing went smoothly, so this time I wanted to look for a local option. I ordered a dozen spring cupcakes and had them delivered last week. Everyone really enjoyed them - They said they were delicious and adorable. It was my friends birthday and I was considering sending her flowers but I felt like I wanted to find something fun and different to send her! I found sweet flour bake shop on instagram and fell in love with their content! I purchased a box of assorted cookies and a box of assorted brownies for my friend as a birthday gift! To thank all the individuals who had cared for my cat throughout her life, I ordered a tray of Sweet Flour cookies to be delivered to the veterinary clinic. Paul, with whom I corresponded, ensured that all of my requests were accommodated, even having photos taken of the tray for my pet's memory book. The decorative cookies were lovely and the cookies themselves not only looked wonderful but tasted wonderful, according to the practice's staff. The always superb quality of Sweet Flour's cookies provided a sweet ending to my cat's life, and that's the best kind.

I asked for a fairly large order of cookies & treats for a series of meetings. The person I spoke with was very helpful in sorting out what I needed and how much. The food was delivered in plenty of time, and it was a huge hit. I do have to say I'm not so sure about the recommendation to order roughly 1.5 cookies per person—my boss ate four! Overall, a great experience and I'll definitely be ordering from Sweet Flour the next time I need this kind of thing.

The only service I use when it comes to sending any baked good for holidays, birthdays, anniversaries, special moments etc. Sweet Flour is dependable, reliable and always delivers on time. Prices are fair and the sweets are delicious .

Superior customer service! I needed something delivered next day and on such last minute notice and they made it happen. There was a minor issue that was not their fault but handled it in the most professional manner. Again, customer service level was top notch. The cookies...well they speak for themselves...absolutely delicious and oh so chewy! Will definitely order again...and again.

I ordered these as a birthday gift for my sister to be delivered and although I wasn't there to see nor taste them, my sister and brother in law said they were great.
