Q: What is a Multi-Recipient Order?

A: An order for 4 or more individual Pick Up, Delivery, and/or Shipping Orders. It's an easy way to place an order for a list of different recipients!


Q: How can I place a Multi-Recipient Order?

A: Download our Multi-Recipient Order Form. Fill out the order form with all your order details. Once completed, email your form to info@sweetflour.ca and our catering manager will provide a consolidated pricing proposal.


Q: How far in advance do I need to place my Multi-Recipient Order?

A: We do our best to meet your deadlines, but it will depend on order size. We recommend a minimum 5 day notice. Due to high demand during holiday times, we recommend ordering early to guarantee desired delivery dates.

If you are planning ahead, you can order as far in advance as you would like! Call 416-763-2253 and ask for our catering manager.


Q: How can I pay for a Multi-Recipient Order?

A: We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express over the phone. Initial quotes and final receipts will be provided via email. 


Q: What is the minimum per individual order?

A: The minimum per order is dependent on the order type. Each individual order must meet our regular order minimum. 

  • Our Pick Up Order minimum is $5 worth of product
  • Our Local Delivery or Shipping Order minimum is $15 worth of product.

Q: Can I select a receiving date for my gifts?

A: Yes! You can specify a receiving date on your Multi-Recipient Order Form. Keep in mind, we do not deliver on weekends and delivery time will vary based on location and shipping method selected.


Q: Can I include a Gift Message with each of my orders?

A: Yes! Each message will be printed on a 2x2” Sweet Flour gift card unless you provide your own cards.
