Ordering How-To Product Info Delivery

• How much notice do I need to give?

As much notice as possible will help us guarantee we can fulfill your order!

For standard orders, if you order by 12pm we can have it ready to ship the next day. If you are ordering large quantities, additional time will be required and depends on product and volume. For custom orders, please allow a minimum of 10 days.

• Do you do custom orders? How much notice is required?

We have a talented decorating team that can make a cookie or cupcake look amazing. Whether it’s hand decorated or custom printed, we are happy to help make a custom creation for you. For custom orders, please allow a minimum of 14 days.

• Is there a minimum qty order on custom decorated cookies or cupcakes?

We have a minimum order of 12 for custom cookies or cupcakes.

• What is the cut-off for next day delivery?

12 pm, provided we have your item in-stock.

• Is there a minimum order for delivery?

Delivery costs are always extra, so we don’t have a minimum order for delivery… but given how delicious our cookies are, you’re going to want to order a lot. Just a friendly suggestion!

• How do you take payment?

Orders placed online can be completed through our secure checkout. We accept all major credit cards and Paypal.  If your order has been invoiced, orders must be paid by cheque or credit card to confirm the booking for the order.

• Can I cancel my order once it’s been placed?

To change or cancel an order, please call 416-763-2253. All orders must be cancelled 24 hours in advance. No cancellations, refunds or credits will be granted after this time period as all products are baked to order.

• Do you cater events?

• Do you have vegan/vegetarian options?

All of our products are vegetarian except those containing marshmallows which use gelatin. Products containing marshmallow are as follows: S'Mores Pizza Cookie, S'Mores Cupcake, S'Mores Cookie Dough, After Dark Cookie Dough, Midnight Affair Fully Loaded Cookies, and Stardust Fully Loaded Cookie


Please note that we use butter and eggs in the majority of our products.


For vegan products, we are currently in testing phase (banana oreo cookies, anyone?!?) so be sure to check back with us often.

• Do you offer gluten free options? Are your products nut/eggs/lactose/dairy/sugar free?

Gluten Free - Our gluten free offerings include Chocolate Chunk cookie, Peanut Butter cookie, and a Chocolate Fudge Brownie.
For gifts, we offer a Gluten Free Cookie Tin and a Gluten Free Cookie Cake option. Call us for more details.
These products are not made with gluten containing flour; however, all items are made in a facility where flour is present and therefore may contain trace amounts of gluten.

Nut Free - We offer various nut free assortments in some of our most popular gift options. Check out our nut free page to view our selection. Please note all our products are made in a facility where nuts, are present and may contain trace amounts.

Dairy / Lactose Free - Our Gluten Free Peanut Butter cookie contains no milk or milk products.

Egg Free - Our shortbread cookies and our Toffee Crunch Cookie Bars are egg free. 

Sugar Free - We do not currently offer any sugar free or diabetic friendly products.

• Are your products kosher?

No.

• Do your products contain alcohol (vanilla extract)?

Yes, we use pure vanilla extract which contains a level of natural vanilla and a minimum of 35% alcohol.

• What is the shelf life of your products and how should I store them?

Our cookies and bars are baked fresh for you and best enjoyed within a few days. For storage, keep covered at room temperature, or for long term, store in an airtight container in the freezer. Do not store in the fridge as this will dry them out!

Our cupcakes are best enjoyed within 2-3 days. They are best enjoyed at room temperature, and should be stored in the fridge.

Our Ready-to-Eat Cookie Dough is best enjoyed within 7 days. It is best enjoyed at room temperature and should be stored in the fridge.

• Do you deliver on weekends?

We typically do not deliver on weekends.
However, on special holidays (Valentine's Day, Father's Day and Mother's Day), we do deliver on Sundays.

• How do I find out my estimated time of arrival?

For orders being delivered with Fedex or Purolator you will be provided a tracking number to monitor the progress of your package. For orders being sent via courier, you can call 416-763-2253

• What time will my order be delivered? How can I make sure my gift has been delivered?

For orders being delivered via courier:
- Standard delivery is between 9am and 5pm
- Premium delivery is between 9am and 2pm

If you require a SPECIFIC TIME or a delivery outside of our typical time windows, call the store to confirm before placing your order 416-763-2253. Additional charges will apply.

For orders being delivered via FedEx, Purolator or Canada Post, Regular Ground delivery is between 9am and 8pm.

• What happens with my delivery if no one is home to receive it?

If your order was sent with our regular courier and no one is home, we will attempt to leave the package in a safe location and contact the recipient to inform them that a package has been left for them.

If there is no safe place to leave the package, the courier driver will return the package back to our facility, at which point pick up can be arranged or there will be a re-delivery charge to make a second delivery attempt.

If your order was sent with FedEx, Purolator or Canada Post, they will attempt to re-deliver the package up to three times, at which point a notification will be left for the recipient informing them to pick up their package at a nearby sorting facility or the package will be returned to our location.

WE WILL NOT GUARANTEE OR REFUND ANY PACKAGES DAMAGED OR DELAYED IN DELIVERY DUE TO THE RECIPIENT NOT BEING HOME OR CONDITIONS BEYOND OUR CONTROL. These factors may include, but are not limited to: weather, traffic delays, mechanical error, strikes, or inaccurate shipping information. Please make sure you check your delivery information before checkout.

• Do you deliver cupcakes/cookie cakes to my area?

We deliver cupcakes and cookie cakes within Toronto only.
If you need a gift for an area outside Toronto, we recommend our ship-friendly Gift Boxes and Cookies 

• Do you ship internationally?

We ship Canada wide and to the United States. If shipping to the States, please contact our support team for more details.

• How do you ship your products?

- Local Courier Delivery is available in the Greater Toronto Area. Orders are delivered between 9:00am to 5:00pm on the day selected. We cannot guarantee specific times for orders placed online. If you require a SPECIFIC TIME, call the store to confirm 416-763-2253. Additional charges will apply.

- Ground Shipping -  We ship products anywhere in Canada using the following delivery services: FedEx, Purolator and Canada Post. Deliveries are shipped between 9:00am and 8:00pm.
